To achieve continuous quality improvement requires the involvement of all persons concerned with the work. All personnel are well trained, work together, and continuously strive to perfect skills.

All employees, therefore, are directly concerned with quality, and it is the responsibility of supervisors to ensure that staff comply with the company’s quality program and good sound engineering practice.

The President designates the Management Representative who is vested with full responsibility for the proper and timely implementation of the quality system, together with the appropriate authority for ensuring its continuing effectiveness.
